Tim Burke, CEO

 

Tim grew up in Southern California and attended the College of Idaho, graduating in 1988 with a BA in History. Tim spent the next year traveling in Western Europe.  

 

In 1989, Tim joined Oppenheimer Companies trading frozen food commodities. While there, he rapidly excelled into a management position. During that time he also met his future bride, Mary, on a blind date, and has since been blessed with 23 years of marriage.

 

In 1996, Tim founded Treasure Valley Food Group. With an original investment of $5,000, Tim grew the company to $40 million in sales and sold the company to Creo Capital Partners  in 2008.

 

Tim has an entrepreneurial gift of creating new products, brands, and companies. With 25 years of management experience, He is skilled at identifying talent and building effective teams.

 

Tim served on the Board of Trusties at the College of Idaho, and is the Founder of the Transfer Foundation, an organization that has over 11 million friends on Facebook.

 

Tim and Mary are the proud parents of Matthew 20, Gracie 18, JP 15, and Thomas 13. They live in Eagle ID where Tim enjoys playing soccer, skiing, and having dinner dates with his wife Mary.
